The desire to serve the people of Samoa and make a positive contribution to the country's development were the driving forces behind Falemalu Failo Crichton's decision to leave Ray White Takanini in South Auckland, New Zealand, during a thriving property market and establish a real estate business in Samoa.

In February 2018, Failo launched his real estate business under the Ray White Samoa brand. However, in January 2019, the introduction of anti-money laundering regulations created significant challenges for the local property market. The new requirements mandated that all vendors provide formal street addresses, a difficult condition to meet at the time because Samoa did not have a comprehensive street addressing system. As a result, Failo continued independently and established his own real estate company without the support of Ray White New Zealand.

Since then, Failo has played a pivotal role in building a modern, professional real estate business in Samoa. His vision has focused on creating a vibrant and customer-centered office environment that emphasizes exceptional service, tailored property solutions, teamwork, personal growth, and professional success.

Although Real Estate Samoa is one of the newest agencies in the market, it has quickly earned a reputation as one of the country's most professional real estate companies and boasts one of the largest sales teams (7 full time salespersons & 2 admin staff) in Samoa.

1st to Introduce Rent To Own

Real Estate Samoa was the first to introduce the RENT TO OWN into the Samoa real estate market which has worked extremely well and has benefitted over 160 Samoan families both local and overseas, giving them the opportunity to owning freehold lands in Samoa when our own banking and financial institution systems did not have a way for them to get in. 

Fighting for You

Failo Crichton was the Agent who went to Samoa Observer in May 2019, requesting Government to bring street addresses, names and house numbers so that Samoan businesses can trade on the international stage in various industries.  Consequently, Cabinet gave the green light before the end of 2019.
